Fidow license

Simple licensing. No confusing tiers.

Fidow themes use one straightforward product price. The license explains what you can build with the source code and what cannot be redistributed.

Last updated

October 2026

The license applies to Fidow products unless a specific product page explicitly provides different terms.

What you can do

A purchase gives you permission to use and customize the purchased product for a real end project.

Build and customize a website or application for yourself.

Use the product for a business or commercial project.

Use the product to build a project for a client.

Modify the design, code, content and branding.

Deploy the completed end product publicly.

One purchase, one end project

Each purchase is intended for one distinct end project or deployment.

If the same Fidow theme is used to create another separate website, client project or product, another purchase should be made.

What you cannot do

Resell or redistribute the original theme source code.

Upload the purchased source to another marketplace or template store.

Share the downloadable package publicly or privately with unrelated users.

Use the product as the foundation of a competing theme or template product for resale.

Claim the original Fidow theme or design system as your own template product.

Client projects

You may customize a purchased product for a client. The finished client website or application can be commercially used.

The client may receive the customized project files as part of that project, but neither you nor the client may redistribute the original Fidow product as a reusable template.

Third-party assets

Some products may reference fonts, icons, photographs, libraries or other third-party materials. Those assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

A product page or documentation may identify assets that require separate licensing or replacement.

Ownership

Fidow retains ownership of the original Fidow product, source design and intellectual property. Your license gives you usage rights rather than ownership of the underlying template product.
