Refund Policy

Because Fidow products are downloadable digital goods, refunds are handled differently from physical products.

Please review the live demo, product description, included features and technical requirements before purchasing a digital product.

Digital products

Once a downloadable product has been delivered or access has been provided, the product cannot be physically returned.

For that reason, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable except in the circumstances described below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

When a refund may be considered

You were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a verified payment error.

The purchased download cannot be provided because of a technical problem on Fidow's side and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

The delivered product materially differs from what the product page represented at the time of purchase.

When refunds are generally not provided

You changed your mind after downloading the product.

You purchased the wrong product without reviewing the product page.

You expected backend functionality that was not listed as included.

You lack the software knowledge required to customize the source code.

A third-party service, hosting provider or dependency changed.

You no longer need the project.

Technical issues

If you encounter a genuine problem with a Fidow product, contact support first. Reasonable effort will be made to determine whether the issue can be fixed before a refund request is evaluated.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests should include the purchase email, order reference, product name and a clear explanation of the issue.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
