Digital products
Fidow provides digital products such as website themes, templates and related downloadable materials.
Product pages describe the main features, technology and content included with each product.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed on the relevant product page. Standard Fidow themes may use a simple fixed one-time price unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed before paid downloads are provided.
Prices may change for future purchases.
A price change does not normally affect a purchase that has already been completed.
Product license
Purchasing a Fidow product gives you a license to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of Fidow's original source product, brand or intellectual property.
The detailed permitted and prohibited uses are described on the Licensing page.
Accounts and downloads
When customer accounts and downloads are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account.
Product updates
Fidow may release product improvements, compatibility changes or fixes. The availability and duration of updates may vary by product.
A purchase does not guarantee that a product will receive updates indefinitely.
Support
Reasonable support may be provided for product-related questions. Support does not automatically include custom development, third-party integrations or modification of a product for a customer's specific business.
Limitation of responsibility
Digital products are provided for use and customization by the customer. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing your final implementation before production use.
To the extent permitted by law, Fidow is not responsible for indirect losses caused by customer modifications, third-party services, hosting providers or misuse of the product.
